Challenge Game
The Need
The Boston Scientific (BSC) Rhythm Management group wanted to create a customer education quiz challenge to improve healthcare professionals’ knowledge and understanding of HeartLogic, a personalized, remote heart failure diagnostic and monitoring solution.
The Solution
Working closely with BSC, KDG created an interactive quiz challenge that covered various aspects of HeartLogic. The quiz was made available online and could be taken by healthcare professionals at their convenience.
Boston Scientific featured the game on their HeartLogic microsite. They sent out email campaigns and social media posts to their customer base to raise awareness. They also promoted the game at industry events and through their sales representatives, offering incentives for participation.
The quiz challenge has been successful, with a high participation rate among healthcare professionals. The results showed that, on average, participants significantly improved their knowledge and understanding of Boston Scientific’s HeartLogic Heart Failure Diagnostic device.
